The short version. This website tells you about our company and about Flavin Plus, a product we're evaluating. It is not medical advice, and using it does not enroll you in anything or make you our patient. Flavin Plus is a supplement, not a medicine.

1. Agreement to these terms

These Terms of Service govern your use of thepeoplestherapeutics.com, operated by The People's Therapeutics ("we," "us," "our"), a plant products company. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

You must be at least 18 years old to use this site.

2. What this site is

This site describes our company, describes Flavin Plus, and points you to GPCOR if you want to join the Flavin Plus consumer panel. That's its purpose. It is an informational site, not a medical service, not a pharmacy, and not a patient portal.

3. Not medical advice

Nothing on this site is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Using this site does not create a doctor-patient relationship. Always talk to a qualified healthcare provider about your own situation, and never delay or disregard medical advice because of something you read here. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or your local emergency number.

4. About Flavin Plus

Flavin Plus is a plant-derived dietary supplement, manufactured for us by a GMP-certified third-party facility. We are evaluating it as our first product. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and Flavin Plus is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.

Nothing on this site claims or implies that Flavin Plus treats, cures or prevents any condition. Flavin Plus is formulated without THC.

5. The consumer panel

The Flavin Plus consumer panel is a consumer research program operated by GPCOR, an independent registry. It is not a clinical trial and is not medical research. It is consumer research. There is no placebo, no randomization, and no medical supervision. Taking part does not create a doctor-patient relationship and does not provide medical care.

We are a participating company in that panel, not its operator. Submitting a form on this site does not enroll you, does not qualify you, and does not guarantee you will be contacted. Enrollment happens only through GPCOR and under GPCOR's terms. Taking part is voluntary and you may stop at any time.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Submit false, misleading or someone else's information
  • Use the site for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
  • Interfere with the site's operation, or introduce malicious code
  • Scrape, harvest or collect data from the site by automated means without our permission
  • Copy, resell or commercially exploit any part of the site
  • Impersonate us, our staff, or any study personnel

7. Information you submit

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit. Our handling of your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Please do not submit medical or health information through this website. Our forms are not designed or secured for protected health information. Anything health-related belongs in the GPCOR sign-up process, not here.

8. Intellectual property

The content on this site (text, graphics, logos, the People's Therapeutics name and mark, and the site's design) is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other use requires our written permission.

9. Third-party sites and services

This site links to and embeds third-party services, including GPCOR and forms hosted by our CRM provider. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for their content, practices or availability. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

This site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, or that any information on it is complete, accurate or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The People's Therapeutics and its officers, directors, employees and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed [amount, e.g. $100].

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The People's Therapeutics and its personnel from any claims, losses, liabilities and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Alameda County, California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
